1. Pharmacological effects of Enrofloxacin

1.1 Enrofloxacin is a broad-spectrum bactericide of fluoroquinolones. It has good effects on E. coli, Salmonella, Klebsiella, Brucella, Pasteurella, Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Erysipelas, Proteus, Serratia mucinosa, Corynebacterium pyogenes, Porter septicum, Staphylococcus aureus, Mycoplasma and Chlamydia, but weak effects on Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Streptococcus, and weak effects on anaerobic bacteria. Posterior antimicrobial effect on sensitive bacteria.

1.2 The antimicrobial mechanism of this product is to inhibit bacterial DNA cyclase, interfere with bacterial DNA replication, transcription, repair and recombination, bacteria can not grow and multiply normally and die.

2. Pharmacokinetics of Enrofloxacin

2.1 Most animals take this product orally and absorb it well. The bioavailability of chicken oral administration is 62.2%~84%. It is widely distributed in poultry and can enter tissues and body fluids (including skeleton). Except cerebrospinal fluid, the drug concentration in almost all tissues is higher than that in plasma. The liver metabolism is mainly the production of ciprofloxacin by removing the ethyl group of 7-piperazine ring, followed by oxidation and glucuronic acid binding.

2.2 It is mainly excreted through the kidney (secreted by the renal tubule and filtered by the glomerulus), and 15%-50% of it is excreted from the urine in its original form. The elimination half-life of chicken oral administration is 9.1-14.2 hours.

3. Huanuoxin’s characteristics:

5. Drug regimen of combination of Huanuoxin and Anlisu

5.1 Broiler 3-week-old Wall Program

In commercial broiler production, once CRD or CCRD occurs and antibiotics are used for treatment, the loss has occurred, the condition is often complex, and the effect cannot be guaranteed. 6. Adverse reactions

6.1 Degeneration of cartilage in young animals, affecting bone development and causing lameness and pain.

7. Notes

7.1 Avoid mixing with acidic drugs to prevent failure.

7.2 For livestock and poultry that have used chloramphenicol first, it takes 48 hours to use this medicine to avoid reduction.

7.3 Enrofloxacin cannot be administered with chloramphenicol, tetracycline, macrolide antibiotics (the above antagonistic effects), theophylline and steroids.

7.4 Drugs containing divalent and trivalent cations (Ca2+, Mg2+, Al3+, Fe3+), such as antacids, aluminum sulfate and nutritional supplements, can bind to enrofloxacin to form a chelate, thereby inhibiting the absorption of oral enrofloxacin.
